As ongoing members and collaborators of the Australia-Latin America Business Council (ALABC), in 2022 Duratray International's team members had the pleasure to attend ALABC's staple annual dinners in Australia's major cities- Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.
At the Melbourne annual dinner in June, some of our corporate table's guests included PlusMining Executive Director Juan Carlos Guajardo, CPA Partners Director Rubens Locaputo and Michelin VP Rogerio Cortes. The dinner held at the Crowne Plaza had Alberto Calderon, CEO and Executive Director of Anglo Gold Ashanti, as speaker.
ALABC Brisbane annual dinner was held on September 22nd at The University of Queensland Custom House in the CBD. Duratray's corporate table had the privilege to welcome His Excellency Mr Jaime Chomali, Ambassador of Chile in Australia and Duratray's President Manuel Medel, who was visiting from the United States.
The Sydney annual dinner was even bigger and better than previous years as it was held during the International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC) in November. Duratray hosted a full table of illustrious guests.
In the occasion, Duratray International Managing Director Marcelo Medel addressed the audience on the importance of strengthening relationships between Latin America and Australia and how essential ALABC has been to all the Latin American companies that have landed in the country.
